We had 41 responses to our recent survey, about 1/3 of our membership.  That’s a fairly good return rate, but it also suggests that a significant fraction of our members aren’t very invested in the club.

We are going through the detailed text responses now, but in the meanwhile here are graphic displays of the questions that asked you to click on buttons to make your choices.  If you click on one of the graphs it should expand to display them all in a much larger format.

There are a few strong messages – most members vastly prefer to receive messages via email, CW and SSB are the most common modes used, and the most popular club activity is the Zoom presentations.  There is also a broad willingness to support the club with small cash donations.

There were also a large number of helpful comments, which can’t easily be presented in graphical format and we will try to prepare a text summary of those.  Many of the comments relate to the fact that we are geographically very distributed.  Personally, I have really enjoyed the luncheons that we have had in the mid-Island region and in hearing the excellent presentations from hams from “up-Island”.
