Contest fun
The ARRL DX Contest SSB is great fun. I like to discover what exotic locations I’ve contacted.
I downloaded from LOTW to QRZ – I thought this contact was pretty cool. My first Galapagos Islands contact.
Any of the rest of you folks – What was your favorite contact?

I only had a few minutes here and there so just worked the “loud ones”.
It was interesting that EI7M came through at 2PM on 15m as the band was full of JA’s. Even better that he heard my 100W while I was beaming towards Asia. You just never know what the propagation throws at you!
The stations that are not running KILO – those running 100 and 200 watts are the more challenging. Good fun all around.
